- Services are delivered instantly in real-time digital format
- Psychic advisors dedicate their time and energy immediately upon session commencement
- Digital consultations are consumed at the point of delivery
- The nature of spiritual guidance cannot be 'returned' once provided
By initiating a session, you acknowledge that the service is being delivered immediately and consumed in real-time.
3. Eligible Refund Circumstances
Refunds or account credits may be granted solely at the discretion of ElitePsychics management under the following specific circumstances:
Technical Platform Failure
When technical issues directly attributable to the ElitePsychics platform prevent service delivery:
- Server outages or crashes during your scheduled session
- Platform-wide connectivity failures
- Chat or video system malfunctions on our end
- Payment processing errors that charge you multiple times
Advisor No-Show
When a confirmed and scheduled psychic advisor fails to appear for your session:
- Advisor does not join a pre-booked appointment within 10 minutes of scheduled time
- Advisor cancels a confirmed session without prior notice
- Advisor becomes unavailable after payment has been processed
Unauthorized Transactions
When verified unauthorized activity occurs on your account:
- Fraudulent charges due to account security breach
- Transactions made without your knowledge or consent
- Duplicate charges for the same session
- Charges after you've cancelled your account
4. Non-Eligible Refund Circumstances
The following situations do NOT qualify for refunds, credits, or any form of reimbursement:

Technical Issues on User's End
- Poor internet connectivity or WiFi issues
- Device malfunctions, battery failure, or hardware problems
- Browser compatibility issues
- User's failure to properly configure audio/video settings
- Interruptions due to user's location or environment
Philosophical or Belief Disagreements
- Skepticism about psychic abilities after receiving reading
- Disagreement with spiritual perspectives shared
- Expected different type of guidance or information
- Reading content doesn't align with personal beliefs

5. Refund Request Process & Timeline
If you believe you qualify for a refund under the eligible circumstances outlined above, please follow this process:
48-Hour Request Window
All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the transaction. Requests submitted after this window will not be considered, except in cases of verified unauthorized transactions.

Your refund request must include:

- Detailed explanation of the issue

Reimbursement Methods

- Once any portion of package is used, remaining balance is non-refundable
- Package credits expire after 12 months from purchase date
Subscription Services
For monthly membership or subscription plans:
- Cancel anytime before next billing cycle
- No refunds for partial months
- Access continues until end of current billing period

8. Account Closure & Outstanding Balances

- Any unused account credits will be forfeited unless otherwise agreed
- Outstanding charges must be settled before account closure
- Subscription charges will cease after current period ends

- Account closure does not automatically trigger refunds for past services
